Hi! My name is Jordyn Boberg and I am the owner and founder of Jordyn’s Vetsitting LLC. Offically, Vetsitting was founded in April of 2022. However, I have been servicing pets and pet parents in the area for 7 years now and am excited to be growing my business.
Originally I grew up in a small town in southern Missouri. Upon moving to Charlotte, my world grew. I was so excited to be living in such an amazing city with so much to see and do, and one of my favorite things about Charlotte is how pet-friendly it is. There was no such thing as a dog bar in my home town nor had I ever seen so many restaurants that allowed dogs on the patio. I knew this was a great city to continue my passion of working with animals.
However, as most veterinary professionals quickly realize, and despite how fulfilling it is, working as a veterinary nurse can be financially challenging. This is where my idea to start petsitting was started. I quickly built a large client base- who knew there were so many pet owners in need of a pet sitter with a medical background? Being only one person, I couldn’t help all the potential clients reaching out to me. And as a struggling veterinary professional, I wanted to build something that could create more jobs for those like me. Those that have dedicated their lives to working with animals.
So now, I am thrilled to present to you, Vetsitting LLC. Comprised of qualified veterinary professionals, we are equipped to care for pets with all different caliber of needs. While we are currently only servicing the Charlotte, NC area, stay tuned, as it is our hopes to someday be able to help pets and pet parents nationwide.
